Vivian Hernandez

A seasoned storyteller, Vivian Hernandez has led brands and organizations across categories to reach diverse and global markets. As the head of communications and PR in Latin America at Wix.com, she uses her global insights to reach diverse markets across regions. Hernandez has been a guest speaker on website design and marketing at numerous institutions: The Art Institute of California – San Francisco; San Francisco Conservatory of Music; University of Southern California; and UCLA, amongst others. Previously at the communications agency Cohn & Wolfe, she worked to develop strategies and campaigns that reached a diversity of American markets. Past brands include the Ad Council, 3M, Colgate-Palmolive, J.M. Smucker Co., Nissan, Moët-Hennessy, and Payless ShoeSource. On those teams, Hernandez worked on award winning campaigns and has received awards including PRSA Silver Anvils, SABRE awards, and an HPRA Bravo Award. Hernandez has served on the San Francisco Symphony’s young patrons board of directors – Symphonix. There, she worked on developing internal and external communications and marketing strategy, for both online and offline programming. She currently serves on the board of directors for the University of Southern California’s Riordan Programs Alumni Association. Hernandez holds a B.A. from Amherst College with a double major in political science and art history.
