Mike Baron’s passion is connecting with audiences on an emotional level. With extensive experience in television, print, social and digital, Baron (senior vice president, group creative director for Partners + Napier) has worked with regionally and nationally known brands, including Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, PepsiCo, Capital One, TJ Maxx/Marshalls, and more — connecting customers with brands in the most engaging way. His work has been featured in The One Show, Telly Awards, ADDYs, and, most recently, Lurzer’s Archive. Outside of the office, Baron is an avid downhill skier and road cyclist and can often be found driving his son to lacrosse tournaments throughout the Northeast.
